   Crush Oreos fine.

   Whip butter and cream cheese.

   Whip pudding with milk until thick.

   Add pudding with cream cheese mixture.

   Mix well.

   Start with layer of cookies in the bottom of pail or dish; then a layer of pudding mixture; continue to layer.

   Finish top with cookies.

   Refrigerate until ready to serve.
