  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

    In medium bowl, soften oleo and cream cheese.

    Add powdered sugar.

    Crush Oreos and set aside.

    In large bowl, measure milk, then mix in pudding.

    Fold in Cool Whip and add cream cheese mixture.
