  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

    Crush cookies; set aside.

    Cream together cream cheese and butter and set aside.

    Blend pudding and milk.

    Fold in Cool Whip. Blend in cream cheese mixture.

    Layer the cake beginning with Oreo crumbs, then pudding mixture and ending with Oreo crumbs.
