   Scrap centers from Oreos.

   Crush Oreos in a food processor; set aside.

   Mix pudding and milk; set aside.

   Cream or mix sugar, cream cheese and margarine, fold into pudding.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Place 1/2 crushed cookies on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish, spread mixture over cookies, then spread the other 1/2 of cookies on top.
