Dirt Cake

Directions

   Grind cookies in food processor.

   Press 1/2 of the crumb mixture in bottom of layer cake pan.

   Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese.

   Add pudding and milk.

   Beat until it thickens, then add Cool Whip.

   Pour mixture into pan.

   Top with remaining crumbs.

   Chill for several hours.
