   In a medium bowl, combine margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

   Mix well.

   In another bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; add whipped topping and blend well by hand.

   Combine both bowls and set aside.

   Process cookies in food processor until they look like potting soil.

   Layer cookies and filling in a clean 8 1/2-inch flowerpot, starting and ending with cookies.

   Wrap stems of artificial flowers in plastic wrap and insert.

   Refrigerate until serving.
