  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Crush cookies and place half of the crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sugar, cream cheese and butter.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla.

    Fold in the cream cheese mixture.

    Pour over cookie crumbs, then top with remaining crumbs.

    Refrigerate.
