  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies

Directions

    Beat butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. In separate bowl, mix pudding and milk as directed on package. Fold in Cool Whip and add to cream cheese mixture.

    Crush Oreos and layer in bowl.

    Pile on creamy mixture.

    Chill until set.
