Directions

   Mix oleo, cream cheese and confectioners sugar in small bowl; set aside.

   In large bowl, mix pudding and milk.

   Add whipped topping.

   Then add cream cheese mixture to pudding.

   Place cookie crumbs in container 1/2-inch thick.

   Alternate cookies and cream mixture until container is full.

   Finish with 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs; chill at least 6 hours.
