  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 small boxes French vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 lb. bag Oreo cookies

    With mixer, blend cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter.

    In another large mixing bowl, blend milk, pudding and Cool Whip.

    Blend the two mixtures together.

    Crush the bag of Oreos.

    In desired serving dish, layer cookies and pudding mixture.
