  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

    Beat milk and pudding mix; chill.

    Mix soft cream cheese and butter; add powdered sugar.
