Ingredients: 1/2 stick softened butter or margarine; 8 oz. softened cream cheese; 1 c. powdered sugar; 3 1/2 c. milk; 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding; 8 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip); 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed with food processor, blender or rolling pin

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed with food processor, blender or rolling pin

Directions

Cream the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

In a large bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and whipped topping.

Combine with butter mixture. Spread some crushed cookies in the bottom of bowl. Cover with some pudding mixture. Add more cookies and another layer of pudding. End with final layer of cookies.

Chill and serve.
