   Crush cookies and put half of crumbs in 9x13 inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Mix in confectioner's sugar.

   Fold in cool Whip.

   In separate bowl, mix together pudding, milk and vanilla.

   Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture.

   Pour in pan on top of crumbs.

   Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

   Refrigerate to set.
