- 1 large bag Oreos
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Crush Oreos; put one layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. (Save some of the crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top of cake.)

2Mix pudding, milk and vanilla; pour over crushed Oreos.

3Mix the cream cheese and margarine until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

4Put this mixture over the pudding mixture.

5Put remaining crushed Oreos on top.
