  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreos, finely crushed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 large boxes instant pudding (2 chocolate or 2 vanilla or 1 of each)
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together cream cheese, margarine and sugar.

    Put pudding mix and milk together; stir for 2 minutes.

    Fold into cream cheese mixture.

    Add Cool Whip.
