  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter

    Crush Oreos (save 1 cup for the top).

    Melt butter, pour over Oreos and spread into cake pan.

    Mix cream cheese, milk and pudding together; fold Cool Whip into mixture.

    Spread rest of Oreos on top.

    Chill.
