  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix

    Place 1/2 of cookie crumbs in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Beat sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and milk until smooth.

    Then add pudding mix.

    Beat until creamy.

    Pour over crumbs, then add other 1/2 of cookie crumbs.

    Top with Cool Whip.
