  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese

    Mix softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup margarine and sugar; whip until a cream.

    Set aside.

    Crumble Oreos in a food processor or blender to the consistency of dirt.

    Mix the pudding with the milk.

    Add cream cheese mixture.

    Fold in Cool Whip.
