Ingredients: 1 large pkg. Oreos; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1/2 c. butter or margarine; 1 c. powdered sugar; 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping; 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding; 3 c. milk; 1 tsp. vanilla

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and put half of the crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth with a mixer.

Fold in powdered sugar, then the whipped topping.

In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla.

Fold cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture together; pour into pan with the cookie crumbs.

Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top.
