Directions

   Crush Oreos very well.

   Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar, set aside.

   In large mixing bowl mix milk, pudding mix and Cool Whip.

   Add the mixtures together and mix well using large bowl.

   Put layers of cookies then pudding mixture until all is used, starting with and ending with crushed cookies.

   Chill before serving.
