  • 1 1/2 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed in processor
  • 8 oz. Philly cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

    Mix milk, vanilla and pudding.

    Add this to first mixture.

    Put 1/2 bag of the cookies in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Add pudding mix and put remaining cookies on top.
