  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
  • gummy worms (optional)

Directions

    Crush Oreos in food processor.

    Cream butter, cheese and sugar. In separate bowl, mix pudding and milk until well blended.

    Then blend in Cool Whip.

    Add this to cream cheese mixture.
