  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick margarine (soft)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put half crushed Oreos in bottom of pan.

    With mixer, blend Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar and margarine.

    In bowl, combine pudding, milk and vanilla.

    Beat this until consistency of pudding. Combine both mixtures and pour over layer of crusted Oreos. Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top.

    Refrigerate until serving.
