   Crumble cookies in food processor or blender.

   Set aside.

   In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

   Add milk, pudding, sugar and vanilla.

   Beat until smooth.

   In 9 x 9-inch dish, layer 1/2 cookies.

   Pour pudding mixture evenly over crumbs (cookies).

   Pour other half of cookies on top (save a few spoonfuls).

   Cover with Cool Whip.

    Sprinkle remaining cookies on top.

    Refrigerate until cold.
