  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

    Combine sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla and Cool Whip. Whip until fluffy.

    Mix pudding and milk and add to cream cheese mixture.

    Stir well.

    Crush 1/2 package Oreo cookies (food processor works best) and place in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Spread mixture on top.

    Crush rest of Oreo cookies and spread over top of mixture.

    Chill at least 4 hours.
