  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Grind Oreo cookies in food processor and set aside.

    Cream together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Prepare pudding as directed on package.

    Fold in carton of Cool Whip.
