  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 lb. bag Oreo cookies
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • gummy worms (optional)

Directions

    Grind up Oreo cookies and set aside to dry.

    Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.

    Set side.

    Mix vanilla pudding mixture with milk.

    Set aside until it sets.

    Mix cheese mixture with pudding mixture, then mix in Cool Whip.
