  • 1 (12 oz.) Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Crush Oreos, cream butter or margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

    Mix pudding and milk.

    Fold cream cheese and pudding together and then add in Cool Whip.

    Layer pudding mixture and Oreos alternating each, with cookies on top.

    Serve in a pail with a shovel and gummy worms.
