- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 shallots
- 3 cups frozen corn
- 1 red pepper
- 14 cup bock beer
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 14 cup green onion
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Mince garlic and shallots.

2Add them to a skillet with 2 T butter and saute about 3 minutes.

3Stir in corn and chopped red pepper, cook 2 minutes.

4Add beer and cream.

5Simmer until cream thickens.

6Stir well.

7Top with green onions.

8Sprinkle with salt to taste.
