  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 shallots
  • 3 cups frozen corn
  • 1 red pepper
  • 14 cup bock beer
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 14 cup green onion
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Mince garlic and shallots.

    Add them to a skillet with 2 T butter and saute about 3 minutes.

    Stir in corn and chopped red pepper, cook 2 minutes.

    Add beer and cream.

    Simmer until cream thickens.

    Stir well.

    Top with green onions.
