  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

    Crush Oreos.

    Put 1/2 of cookies on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Cream sugar and cream cheese first and then add milk, pudding and vanilla.

    Spread over cookies in dish and add remaining Oreos.

    Top with Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
