Directions

   Place half the Oreos in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix the cream cheese and butter together.

   Add Cool Whip.

   Mix pudding, milk and vanilla together.

   Add to cream cheese mixture.

   Place in pan over first half of Oreos.

   Cover with remaining Oreos. Refrigerate overnight.
