- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 medium tub Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies, chopped fine in blender or food processor
Directions

1Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese, pudding and milk together until smooth.

2Fold in Cool Whip.

3In glass serving dish or dessert cups, layer filling and cookies alternately, starting and ending with cookies.

4Chill until served.
