   Pour crunched Oreos into bottom of bowl.

   Pack down.

   In separate bowl, melt and mix the cream cheese and margarine.

   Add chocolate pudding mix and milk.

   Mix well.

   Add whipped topping to mixture.

   Blend until smooth.

   Pour mixture onto packed Oreo crumbs.

   Freeze 4 to 6 hours.

    Serve frozen or defrost for 1/2 hour.
