   Make pudding according to directions.

   Mix cream chocolate with pudding mix, using a mixer, a little at a time, until smooth. Next, mix in Cool Whip.

   In a blender, process cookies (5 to 6 at a time) until crushed in a very fine mixture.

   In a large bowl, put a layer of crushed cookies and smooth over until even.

   Next, put a layer of creamy mixture in and make it even.

   Keep alternating layers (about 30 of each).

   Refrigerate.
