  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Sprinkle half the cookie crumbs in 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Cream butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar in mixer bowl until fluffy.

    Prepare pudding mix with milk and vanilla in bowl according to package directions.
