   Crush Oreos.

   Place 1/2 in bottom of 11 x 17-inch pan.

   Save other half.

   Use mixer to blend Cool Whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar and oleo.

   In another bowl, combine pudding, milk and vanilla.

   Beat mixture until thick like pudding.

   Combine both mixtures and pour over the layer of crushed Oreos.

   Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top.

   Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Place gummy worms in cake and watch the children dig in.
