   Mix together in bowl: butter, Cool Whip and cream cheese.

   In a separate bowl, mix pudding and milk.

   Combine both together until smooth.

   Crush half of Oreos and put in pan.

   Cover with mixture.

   Then put other half of crushed Oreos on top.

   Chill for 2 hours.
