  • 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick margarine (soft)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) box French instant pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Place 1/2 in the bottom of 11 x 17-inch pan. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar and margarine.

    In bowl, combine pudding, milk and vanilla.
