   Crush the Oreo cookies.

   Reserve 1/4 cup.

   Mix 1/2 cup melted margarine with the Oreos.

   Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix the milk with the pudding.

   In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Combine the two mixtures well. Stir in Cool Whip.

   Pour mixture over crumbs.

   Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup crumbs.
