Dirt Pudding

Directions

   Mix cream cheese, pudding, powdered sugar and milk all together (hand mixer).

   Add Cool Whip.

   Grind cookies in food processor. Place 1/2 cookie crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Pour all filling in middle.

   Place rest of crumbs on top.

   Put gummy worms on top.

   Refrigerate.
