  • large instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 medium tub Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. chocolate Oreos
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix sugar and cream cheese; let set.
  2. 2
    Blend milk with pudding mix. Mix for 2 1/2 minutes then set aside for 1 minute. Add cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Grate Oreos in bowl. Layer: cookies, pudding, cookies, pudding, cookies. Layer in large bowl or flowerpot or kid's summer plastic pail with shovel. Place in refrigerator to set.
