  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 boxes French vanilla pudding
  • 1 small pkg. Oreos

Directions

    In small bowl, mix first 4 ingredients.

    In big bowl, mix next 2 ingredients.

    Combine small and big bowls.

    Crunch up Oreos (scrape off icing).

    Place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Save handful of Oreos for top of dessert.

    Chill.
