- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio or vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Put melted butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Crush all but 6 cookies, put in pan and spread and pat firmly.

3Mix milk, pudding mix and food coloring for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.

4Add ice cream. Stir until smooth., Pour over cookies.

5Spread whipped topping on ice cream mixture.

6Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate.
