  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip (about 3/4 of 16 oz. container)

    Crush cookies well; set aside.

    Cream together margarine, cream cheese and sugar.

    Mix together milk, French vanilla pudding and Cool Whip.

    Add to cream mixture.

    Mix well.

    Layer cookies and pudding mixture, end with cookies.

    Refrigerate.
