  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups cooked long-grain white or brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Directions

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil to the pan followed by the peppers, onion, and garlic.

    Cook the vegetables until tender, about 10 minutes.
