  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. corn oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 4 c. corn flakes

Directions

    Cream together sugars, vanilla, oil and eggs.

    Add flour, soda and salt into first mixture.
  3. 3
    Fold in oats and then corn flakes. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes or until light brown.

    Makes a dishpan full.

    Good to freeze and serve later.
