Ingredients

  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. corn flakes
  • 4 c. quick cook oatmeal
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Combine sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla thoroughly.

    Add sifted flour, soda, baking powder and salt.

    Mix well with creamed mixture.

    Add corn flakes, oatmeal, coconut and nuts.

    Blend. Drop from teaspoon or roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Makes 15 dozen cookies.
