- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet.

2Add chicken breasts and cook until done and lightly browned.

3Remove chicken to platter and keep warm.

4Stir flour into drippings in the skillet and cook, stirring, about 1 minute.

5Add the chicken broth and cream.

6Stir and cook until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.

7Stir in the mustard.

8Return the chicken to the skillet, cover and heat for 10 minutes.

9Serve with hot cooked rice.
