- 4 egg whites, beaten
- 23 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cake flour
- 2 ounces chocolate, melted
- 3 cups shredded coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Add the cold water to egg whites,beat until stiff,not dry.

3Add in the vanilla extract and sugar,continue beating.

4Slowly,add in salt and flour,blend carefully.

5Fold in the melted chocolate,and coconut.

6Blend well,Drop with tsp.
