  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 10 cups chopped kale, thick stems removed ( I use one good size bunch of kale)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (a must)
  • salt and black pepper
